Ordinary High Water Mark Within Boundary Survey Practice, is a live presentation webinar about surveying the ordinary high water mark as an essential element in many Florida boundary surveys. Changes in the Florida’s Standards of Practice make it more important than ever for surveyors to understand water boundaries.  Under Florida law the OHWM is the boundaries of some water bodies.  The webinar will provide guidance on procedures and evidence to support a legally defensible location of the this type of boundary.  Topics will include, relevant Florida case law, historic research, field indicators, navigability test, and survey methods.
