Easements and rights of way are important elements within out concept of property ownership in this country.  This course emphasizes the legal aspects of easements and rights of way.  The role of land surveyors in identifying, establishing and locating easements and rights of way will be examined and discussed.

• Terminating Easements and R/W
• Describing Easements
• Written / Unwritten Easements
• Maintained Road R/W
